Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
- Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents.
- Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases.
- Arranging and scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Assisting with copying, scanning, emailing and note-taking.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative
- Very Good command of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
