Job Description
- Responsible for the recruitment and allocation of human resources, and be responsible to the manager;
-Responsible for the maintenance and expansion of recruitment channels;
-Responsible for the formulation and implementation of personnel recruitment plan.
- Responsible for the revision and improvement of the job description;
- Responsible for regularly collecting market average salary level information and giving feedback to managers;
- Responsible for the implementation of pre-job training and on-the-job counseling and tracking of new employees.
-Responsible for employees'on-boarding and off-boarding process and orientation training and all personnel affairs
-Responsible for conducting company compensation and benefits policies.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR field.( FEMALES ARE PREFERED)
Experience with sourcing, networking, and building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail, strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
Fluency in English is required
