Job Description
- Creates and manages fleet policies.
- Assigns vehicles and other heavy equipment to drivers.
- Manages accident reports.
- Looks for ways to reduce costs and increase profits, in addition to finding means for getting better fuel efficiency.
- Complies with all the laws and regulations of the EGYPT Department of Transportation.
- Records and communicate to management Accurate Information on Fleets.
- Analyzes Recorded Data and reports results weekly to management.
- Sets Up Maintenance Schedules.
- Ensure fleet availability to meet all requests by scheduling and allocation to various projects
- Offer guidance to contracted drivers on the best ways to maximize their earnings, while delivering a high level of customer service
- Ensure that all drivers understand and procure the licenses and permits they need to legally carry loads to customer destinations
- Work closely with the maintenance team to find ways to reduce downtime due to repairs or lack of routine maintenance
- Ensure that all load paperwork associated with each run is accurate and submitted to the proper people
- Maximize the utilization of company’s fleet and heavy equipment through rental to external customers at the best market rates
- إنشاء وإداره سياسة سيارات ومعدات (اسطول) الشركة
- تخصيص (استلام + اقرار) السيارات والمعدات الثقيلة للسائقي
- يقوم بعمل تقرير الحوادث و ادارتها
- البحث عن حلول لتقليل التكلفة وزيادة الربح وإيجاد الوسائل الأفضل في إستهلاك الوقود
- معرفة و توافق العمل مع قوانين ولوائح قسم النقل المصري
- يقوم بتسجيل و إبلاغ الإداره بمعلومات دقيقة عن الأسطول (سيارات ومعدات) الشركة
- يقوم بتحليل البيانات وتقديم تقرير بها للإداره أسبوعياً
- عمل وتنظيم جدول الصيانات
- عمل جدول لضمان توفير سيارات ومعدات لخدمة المواقع
- تقديم الإرشادات للسائقين المتعاقد معهم حول أفضل الطرق لزيادة الأرباح، مع تقديم مستوى عالٍ من خدمة العملاء
- التأكد من أن جميع السائقين يفهمون ويحصلون على التراخيص والتصاريح اللازمة لنقل الحمولة بشكل قانوني إلى وجهات العملاء/ مواقع العمل
- العمل والتعاون مع فريق الصيانة لإيجاد طرق لتقليل وقت التوقف عن العمل بسبب الإصلاحات أو نقص الصيانة الروتينية
- التأكد من أن جميع أوراق التحميل المرتبطة بكل تشغيل أو عمل تكون دقيقة وتقدم للأشخاص المعنيين
- الاستفادة من أسطول سيارات ومعدات الشركة الثقيلة قدر الامكان من خلال تأجيرها للعملاء الخارجيين بأفضل أسعار السوق
Job Requirements
- 3 years real experience as minimum is required, including experience in solar energy
- Team work on sites and in Office when required
- Good in English
- Excellent computer skills Microsoft office
- Well organized and disciplined
- Making decision and solving problem
- High communication skills
