Job Description
We are looking for a qualified and committed candidate to join our technical team to deploy and maintain a wide range of Avaya and other voice communications and contact center products with the following skills and qualifications :
Key Responsibilities:-
- Interact with the major telecom providers in the market.
- Installation and maintenance of telecom products.
- Implementation of contact centers solutions
- Handle different kinds of support requests.
- willing to handle a team and enhance the team performance
- hands-on Avaya IP Office and Avaya communication manager
- flexible to work remotely and onsite according to the work load
- Self-motivated, positive, and a team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, multi-task, and handle different customer needs and changes
- Ability to deal effectively with all employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive, service-oriented attitude
Job Requirements
Education:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or Computer science.
- VOIP and Networking background, CCNA certification is preferred.
- ITI or NTI Diploma is a plus.
- Experience in Avaya Solutions or similar
- Strong skills with Microsoft Outlook and Office products.
- Excellent command in English.
