Job Description

  • Softec Technologies Group is looking for a Marketing Account Manager to join our amazing team. You will be responsible for managing our subsidiaries’ portfolios by creating healthy relationships through effective communication.
  • As a Marketing Account Manager, you need to have a solid understanding of both Digital and Offline Marketing aspects with a Customer Service approach. You should also have a clear idea of how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance.
  • You will work with Softec subsidiaries on their marketing strategy and oversee all activities for assigned accounts which include but are not limited to research, campaign & content creation, execution, monitoring, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact for all matters specific to the account
  • Build strong relationships with the stakeholders and maintain frequent contact
  • Set digital strategies for the assigned account, considering their specific requirements
  • Suggest, design, and implement digital projects to increase ROI of your assigned account with team
  • Address queries effectively and promptly
  • Be a Consultant and a trusted advisor
  • Create marketing execution schedule and content plan based on objectives and in-market deadlines
  • Present marketing strategies to the stakeholders
  • Overall understanding of SEO and digital marketing platforms like Google Analytics, Google AdWords (Search & Display Networks)
  • Brainstorm new and creative marketing strategies
  • Understand the account objectives, and map them to social media objectives and KPIs
  • Collaborate with other teams for strategy formulation to effectively manage social media campaigns, community development, community engagement, community management, content development and ad development
  • Create timely, engaging and professional visuals that reflect the brand (Customize social media pages (ex. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snap Chat)
  • Brief the execution teams and coordinates with all team members to ensure consistent results
  • Make sure all marketing communications are privacy-compliant
  • Report on accounts’ marketing performance metrics
  • Analyze marketing activities' success
  • Ensures marketing activities are measured and optimized for performance
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends
  • Ensure SLAs are met and marketer expectations for marketing activities delivery are set appropriately

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • Fluent in English & Arabic
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Account Manager
  • At least 4 years solid digital marketing experience – preferable in agency
  • Project management skills
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
  • Knowledge of Google Adwords and social media campaigns
  • In-depth understanding of online marketing tools, social media platforms and SEO
  • Experience with client servicing and relationship management
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing communications vehicles, tools and execution, both online and offline
  • Strong negotiation and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in SaaS/Tech industry and mobile apps marketing
  • Previous experience in B2B and B2C marketing
  • Previous experience in the UAE or Gulf region
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
