Job Description
- Meet visitors, direct them to specific destination and notify concerned person of visitor’s arrival.
- Send, receive, dispatch and distribute incoming mail, facsimiles or other materials to relevant parties.
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a copy machine, and a computer.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests or calls received.
- Receive deliveries sort and distribute incoming mail.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar field.
- Females only.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- The ability to handle the clients.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure .
- Strong ability to perform different tasks simultaneously.
