Job Description
- Responsible for the regular updates of products stocks in online store and all relevant platforms.
- Manage all daily operations of the online sales.
- Manage the e-commerce order Tracking and shipping cycle.
- Handling all Make necessary reviews and follow ups of the customer returns.
- Full handling of the online distribution stores like Jumia, Amazon and Souq.
- Monitor and follow up on the payments from different sources such as payment gateways and delivery centers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Familiarity with media-buying, planning and research
- Good command with Microsoft Office ( Excel - Word)
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and take feedback
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proven pervious experience in E-Commerce administration and management is a must.
- Experience in managing Shopify stores is a must.
- Experience in managing online platforms like Amazon, Jumia and Noon is a plus.
- Experience in GCC markets like UAE and KSA is a plus.
