Digital Account Manager Responsibilities:
▪ Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
▪ Collaborate with Creative teams and understand the platforms they use.
▪ Prepare and present reports on their progress.
▪ Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client.
▪ Build long-term relationships with clients.
▪ Investigate and determine clients wants and needs.
▪ Always work towards those goals.
▪ Explore new partnership clients.
Job Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field is preferred.
▪ must be studied digital marketing diploma in an official College or academy.
▪ 4+ years’ experience in the marketing field at a digital marketing organization or company.
▪ Participate in client meetings, presentations, and communications.
▪ Able to work independently and have excellent time management skills.
▪ Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
▪ Exceptional customer service and sales skills.
▪ We look for someone have a passion for marketing.
▪ Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
▪ Organized and able to multitask.
▪ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
▪ Language:
English: must be fluent and prefer international university graduate.
