Job Description
- Developing Marketing strategies and tactics to promote the company's identity & services to cover all communication channels including social, paid advertising, ATL and BTL activities.
- Measuring & developing the daily growth of the implementation and execution related to various plans associated with the strategic marketing plan.
- Formulating all marketing operating budgets to establish cost-effective marketing plans.
- Planning & executing all promotional materials, website content, advertisements, assigned campaigns and other marketing-related projects.
- Drafting market researches and analysis of current market trends, needs and preferences.
- Arranging participation in high end PR events/activities as well as Real Estate exhibitions/conferences and handling local and international media/press interviews.
- Preparing marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing both Sales and Marketing data.
- Establishing positioning, identifying target audiences, and developing marketing plans with specific objectives across different segments.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor degree.
- 6-10 years of experience in the marketing field ,preferably in Real Estate.
- Resourceful & punctual.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and effective marketing strategies/techniques
- Excellent communication skills and networking ability
