Job Summary
SFV is looking for a smart, team-oriented, analytical leader entrepreneur. This role will develop the
strategy to target future top customers through relevant digital acquisition channels, be responsible for
recruiting/sales pipelines, driving the financial performance, growth, and design a solid seller value
proposition that will motivate customers to enroll our online platform for selling automotive spare parts.
Also, be responsible for creating ways to offer self-service and self-learning platforms for our clients
Job Responsibilities
- Develop the plan to target potential customers, existing vendors, and new, through relevant
acquisition channels - Negotiate and close customers with a mastered sales pitch. Understands all of the company's
service offerings and can communicate them - Develop a training plan for new customers, as automated and self-service as possible. Finds
creative solutions to customers' problems - Work cross-functionally with category, sales, SCM and marketing to deliver high-quality
channel management and programs - Develop mechanisms, processes, and measurements of all channels to understand what is
working and what needs improvement across channel - Provide regular updates (daily, weekly, monthly) on performance. Conduct monthly and
quarterly business reviews and annual resource planning - Develop relationships with new customers/partners and maintain relationships with existing
customers/partners - Achieve and consistently exceed customer acquisition and growth goals
- Collaborate with the management team on goals, planning, and forecasting
- Develop new business opportunities, and actively seek new growth and expansion
opportunities. - Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Strategically uncover new sales opportunities using business, social and legislative changes in
the market and industry - Conduct research to identify new Channels and customer acquisition
- Arrange business meetings with prospects and lead on the process all the way through
contract signature and achieving sales targets - Promote the company’s products/services
- Translates the strategic goals of business into operational plans to achieve the required
targets - Enhancing the digital customer experience, executing customers’ onboarding & their order
fulfillment - Analyzing data from market and consumer studies to generate commercial insights
- Managing relationships with customers/partners and ensuring seamless end-to-end integration
of the e-commerce business - Working in a fast-paced, digitally-centric environment, you must be an energetic, collaborative,
and results-oriented self-starter who is technologically savvy and organized
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce is a MUST.
- Previous Experience in launching e-commerce is a MUST.
- 5-10 years of experience in sales and account management.
- Experience Desired: Automotive, Retail, Ecommerce, marketplace.
- Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or Marketing
- Education Desired: Master's Degree in Ecommerce of Digital Marketing
- Very good communication skills.
- Good command of English.
