Job Description

ResponsibilitiesDuties 
Manages projects
  • Undertakes project work supervising junior registry colleagues as required.
  • Organization of Graduation process
 

Contributes to the development 

of registry processes  

  • Identifies and develops draft registry policy documents.
  • Support the production of regular registry reports for monthly / weekly 

presentation to TKH senior management.

 
Student Schedule
  • Supervises registry team to produce the academic schedule.
 

Course Specification and 

Module Directory

  • Maintains the publication of Course specifications and Module Directory. 
  • Ensures changes are published and used correctly.
 
Handles the examination process
  • Assesses the locations for seat capacity and room facilities.
  • Assigns invigilators to each room along with a Head supervisor.
  • Creates the Examination timetable according to the academic calendar, 

Head of School requirements.

 

Leads on the investigation of 

Academic Misconduct 

  • Attends all student academic misconduct and disciplinary investigations 

investigation to ensure all cases are dealt with consistency and fairness. 

 
Supports Faculty 
  • Supports senior faculty members to address registry problems.
 
Assists students
  • Assists students with course structure and regulation queries.
  • Develops and maintains communications with new and current students with regards to enrolment and graduation associated activities.
 
Maintenance of student records on SIS

Is responsible for ensuring the SIS is up-to-date and holds accurate data. 

Identifies problems, proposes, and assists to implement solutions.

 
Issues the students official Documents & Handles Registry Email
  • Issues official letters to the students (TKH/Ministry stamp).
  • Checks Registry office email daily and responds to senders in a timely manner.
  • Provides all needed support and information to the email senders.
  • Makes sure all received email messages are checked and attended to.
 

Job Requirements

Qualifications / Years Of Exp. / Education
Qualifications: 
Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years 
Education: Bachelor’s Degree 
Skills: Excellent written and spoken English. Able to handle multitasks, able to work under pressure. Team worker and problem solver with excellent communication skills. Dependable to deliver activities to required standard and to schedule.
  • Has excellent knowledge and experience of working in University Registry working with students and course policies and regulations
  • Has been responsible for the organization and delivery of registry activities
  • Competent in Microsoft Office to produce reports, presentations, and data analysis
  • Has experience using Power-Campus system
