Job Description
- Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant parties.
- Able to effectively control the Food & Beverage cost.
- Responsible for linking the articles and recipes in material Control.
- Manage product costing, Analyze and prepare annual raw material and standard cost roll up as part of annual budgeting process.
- Responsible for the cost accounting function with the Accounting Team
- Performs other related duties and tasks as required such as bills of material and production routings.
- Responsible for updating recipes.
- Control the inventory of the central warehouse.
- Control all in and out operation processes.
- Report all results of the operation process to the cost control lead.
- Follow up all of the documentary cycle.
- Lead with the payable accountant all changes of prices.
- Receive all quantities on hand.
- Update, control and audit all transactions on the system.
- Involved all stocktaking processes.
- Follow up and assign on purchase request and purchase order.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from faculty of commerce.
- 4 years of experience in the same role.
- Having experience in the food industry is a must.
- Professional experience in Microsoft skills.
- Preferred to have an experience in ERP system.
