Job Description
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into requirements and roadmap.
Work cross-functionally to gather Responsibilities, and customer feedback, and communicate priorities
Create mockups and prototypes to assist with the development
Develop and maintain the backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and stakeholder needs.
Work closely with development teams to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
Define and articulate requirements in the form of user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
Conduct user research and analysis to understand customer needs and gather feedback on features and functionality.
Ensure that the solution meets quality standards.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product status and updates on a regular basis.
Continuously monitor the solution's performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Preferable work previously in the governmental sector
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analysis in software development.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Experience working with development teams to deliver software products on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple needs in a fast-paced environment.
