Job Description

  • Immediate handling for customer requests received from fresh running campaigns.
  • Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • A perfect Closing and negotiation skill is a must.
  • Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sale/rental listings
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Utilize and effectively uses the company's CRM to manage your own performance as well as reporting your daily activities.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Achieve Monthly Sales Target.
  • Arrange meetings between Buyers and Developer companies when details of transactions need to be negotiated.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.

Job Requirements

  • Females only
  • Location :Nozha
  • Experience in El Tagamoaa Projects and The new Capital
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Very Good English.
  • Good knowledge for MS Office.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Target Oriented.
  • Presentable.
