Designs, customizes, configures, and tests SAP SD modules based on business requirements.
Provide a high performance of SAP SD module to support the business needs.
Design and work collaboratively with all teams and Business Owners across all SAP Modules to manage all business requirements and processes.
Contribute to recording and tracking the SAP project progress, Deliverable contents and updating the business plan.
Keeps technical documents up to date (configuration documents, blueprints, training documents, …etc.) to transfer knowledge & keep references.
Support SAP Key users and End users to solve system troubleshot.
Analyze the reported problems and business requirements to provide on-going business and system solutions and/or workarounds.
Customize SAP applications to find and fix issues and recover the original functionality.
Carry out unit testing & facilitate end user testing.
Collaborates with the external consultants for any related supporting issues and improvement of implemented SAP configurations to fulfil business requirements.
Support in Master data gathering and cleansing in all SAP modules.

Bachelor degree in computer science or any relevant field.
Experience in SAP SD module and S/4HANA Implementation.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
Experience in SD integration points with other SAP modules like MM, FI, and DBM.
Experience in SAP MM module is preferred.
