Job Description
- Establishes a project management governance structure for every project including key performance indicators and sets milestones for the project team.
- Manage the planning and implementation of new projects. Maintain all appropriate project deliverables and responsibilities, for example, project scheduling, risk management, change management, issue management, and status reporting.
- Assist in the creation, management, and documentation processes for the review and evaluation of proposals. Participate in these review processes with an emphasis on testing the technical and business claims made in each proposal. When necessary utilize 3rd party expertise to aid in the assessment and evaluation of proposals.
- Assists with management of all aspects of assigned projects throughout the development project lifecycle including project scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs, and change.
- Monitor all project implementations for accuracy and timeliness to ensure the focus on successfully achieving the project goals
- Oversee all aspects of execution, including identifying and solving problems. The Project Manager will ultimately be responsible for assuring the projects are on-budget and on-time and delivered with the expected value to the practices and stakeholders.
- Assist Cleopatra’s organization's Directors and other participants with project management efforts including budgeting, planning, organization, and community relations.
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Supply other departments with project management tools when required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or finance.
- 3-5 years of experience in the project management & business development field
- PMP Certification is a plus.
