Job Description
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure both speed and quality of hires.
Implement innovative, creative and proactive recruitment strategies to meet the business needs of each department. - Work closely with hiring managers to ensure an adequate understanding of their hiring needs and the requirements and expectations of the job.
- Leverage all recruiting channels to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
- Help in building a comprehensive global database of Interpreters to meet continuous business needs. Respond to requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum two years of experience in recruitment.
- Excellent/Fluent verbal and written English communication skills
- Have a problem-solving mindset and detail-oriented
- Demonstrated ability to work, manage, and meet competing deadlines.
- Strong team player in a multi-language/multi-cultural environment.
