Key Responsibilities
- Track and measure staff performance
- Analyze & optimize the current process/value stream by removing wastes and fasten the speed
- Define the Problem by Developing a “Problem Statement” & measure current process performance
- Create & define the needed process with its work flow
- Document the Improved Process &
- Continuously Improve the Process Using Lean Principles
- Assessing resource requirements
- Determining quality control standards
- Decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate
- Liaise with different departments and teams
- supervise and motivate teams
- Create needed reports:
- · KPI
- · Quarter Department Plan
- · Action plan (if needed)
- · Production Analysis
- · Production Progress and changes
- · Process Improvement Plan
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 3+ in the same title & 5+ managerial experience
- Fluent in English
- Lean and 6 sigma required
- Degree in Business Management or Equivalent. (MBA) (is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of different business functions
- Strong work ethic.
