Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Analytic Information Provider:
- Provide any information that assist management in fulfilling the goals of the organization including marketing information
- Report marketing impacts and business results to the management for the high visibility of Sales & Profits.
2) Planning & Budgeting:
- Marketing planning, forecasting, review
- Annual & Monthly budget planning aligned to strategy plan (Sales, M/S, Profits, etc)
- Budget control by analyzing actual vs. plan
- (Update Moving Plan, Customer opinion, All line of Sales & Profit, etc.)
- Budget allocation for spending optimization
- Marketing coaching to line managers who are directly responsible for Marketing, Sales, SCM, SVC
3) Risk Management:
- Manage risk factors through process mapping & performance monitoring
- Checking Market status from dealer, promoter, internal customers
- Analysis All Expenses, negotiate the total fees, Monitor APMS status & Make monthly & yearly plan
- Review contracts of agencies in advance & Review Rack material quality and manage 3rd party company
- Review the estimates for spending verification and reality
- Set up undefined business process and guideline
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
1) Experience:
- 4+ years experience in marketing & sales
- Experience in a top-tier multinational company as a Marketing assistant required
2) Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree - Business Administration / Media
3) Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Communication and negotiation skill required
- Knowledge of marketing, finance, management, information technology
- Analytical, strategic and innovative thinking
- Maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct
