Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile SEO Specialist who possesses expertise in multiple areas of digital marketing, including Google My Business management, content writing, SEO optimization, and link building. As an SEO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive organic traffic, and improve conversion rates.


Key Responsibilities:


Google My Business Management:


- Optimize and maintain Google My Business listings for multiple locations.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews, inquiries, and feedback.
- Implement strategies to improve local search rankings and visibility.
- Content Creation and Writing:
- Develop engaging and persuasive copy for various digital mediums, including ads, blog posts, newsletters, and website content.
- Conduct research to generate creative and informative articles aligned with SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure content meets brand guidelines.


SEO Optimization:


- Conduct thorough website analysis to identify opportunities for on-site optimization, including site architecture, content, and keyword usage.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and implement semantic optimization techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance website visibility, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Link Building and Outreach:
- Research and identify relevant websites for potential link-building opportunities.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from industry-related websites.
- Monitor and maintain a healthy backlink profile, analyze anchor text profiles, and disavow low-quality links when necessary.


Analytics and Reporting:


- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and Semrush to track and analyze website performance, organic traffic, and conversions.
- Generate reports on key metrics, present findings to stakeholders, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
 

Job Requirements

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with proficiency in Google My Business management, content writing, SEO optimization, and link building.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling and SEO-friendly content.
- Proficiency in using relevant tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
