Job Description
- Track cargo status and documents.
- Coordinate with customs to ensure shipments, manage & optimize carriers and reduce overall shipping costs.
- Responsible for the tracking and implementation of the issued goals, timely feedback & solving various problems in the implementation process.
- Responsible for checking inventory, filling orders, ensuring the quality of products, and preparing invoices for the suppliers.
- Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, controlling inventory, warehousing, or receiving
- Responsible for the timely, accurate, and efficient preparation and management of documents
- Assist in determining document management policies to facilitate efficient, legal, and secure access to electronic content.
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Trading experience is preferred.
- Strong Interpersonal skills / Communication/Coordination skills
- Being Fluent in English is a must.
- Problem-Solving skills
- Dedicated to work
- The current work location is the 6th of October -Giza and within one year will be relocated to the 10th of Ramadan - Cairo.
