Job Description
- Develop annual sales/business plan including planning annual revenue stream, managing sales, and marketing plans, and ensuring meeting forecasted revenue and sales targets
- Ensure adequate reporting for performance figures to management to support business decisions.
- Able to lead, motivate and drive commercial team including both sales and marketing to achieve the agreed target on both strategic and tactic operations
- Understanding of the market and the dynamics of competition.
- Understanding the commercial realities affecting the organization
- Planning and executing lead generation activities and sales strategies and Identifying New Business Opportunities in the market.
- Coordinating all internal necessary resources to obtain objectives and where necessary involves local sales force and marketing support.
Job Requirements
- Excellent Communication and Management Skills.
- At least 6 years of related experience
- Above-average analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the baby care products field is preferred
