Import Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for opening new Markets and to achieve company’s goals.
• Coordinate with the direct manager to create an efficient business plan to achieve all annual sales goals.
• Administrate all sales processes to ensure adherence to all sales results.
• Responsible of handling orders and transportation, reviewing all export and import shipping documents, contact insurance and custom brokers to secure best rates.
• Manage the full import process for a shipment with the necessary paperwork.
• issuing invoices and orders.
• Work with international freight forwarders and customs brokerage.
• Prepare all reports for new markets and analyze all competitor’s activities.
• Analyze all market coverage and plan all required resources.
• Evaluate all the customers issues and provide optimal solutions
