Job Description
- Ensure complement of drilling down monthly report from oracle system about all transactions (accountant analysis and trial balance).
- Make report includes (items- prices) after costing shipments to help management to take decisions for pricing items.
- Reconcile inventories after receiving vouchers and review it through variances of estimate cost and actual cost.
- Revise all invoices of clearance companies related to clearance, shipment, discharge of imported goods, create database with all data related to these transactions.
- Follow up opened sales orders with our branches until closing these sales and solving all related problems regularly and continuously.
- Match land cost with inventory transactions monthly
- Archive all data in a good manner to help getting information back easily.
- Creating database for all traffic letters to help in creating certificate.
Job Requirements
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree of commerce or a related field.
- Required Industry Experience: 1-3 Years of experience in related field.
- Technological Requirements: Very good command of ERP systems (Oracle System) and Excellent command of Microsoft office suite
- Language Requirements: Good command of English language; spoken and written
