Job Description

Lasirena Group is hiring Customer Service Representative.

About the job

  • Resolve and respond to incoming inquiries and concerns from customers and other internal departments promptly with a high profession of customer handling quality as it is one of our major values. 
  • Acting as a liaison between the department.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. 
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. 
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. 
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. 

Job Requirements

What you need

  • Experienced with a min 1-2 years in Customer Service preferably real estate industry.
  • Client-focused drive with a team-centric spirit.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
