Job Description
- Strategic planning for the whole organization.
- Budgeting, expenses controlling.
- Preparing regular reports for the Board of Directors.
- Participating in the related activities for attracting clients.
- Overseeing the recruitment and training process for new employees.
- Managing directly the company's executives.
- Evaluating the financial and operational performance of the company and improving it.
- Aligning employees' evaluation process with the company’s strategy.
Job Requirements
- Has one of the required experiences below:-
- At least 9 years exp. In practicing insurance brokerage
- At least 5 years exp. As a General manager of an insurance company
- At least 15 years exp. As insurance expert consultant in one of any company related to insurance industry - Registered as an insurance expert consultant in the Financial Regulatory Authority.
- Passing the training course accredited by the Financial Regulatory Authority for Insurance brokers and still valid.
- Registered in the insurance brokers registry at the Financial Regulatory Authority and, his registration is still valid.
- Not to be a member of the board of directors of any Insurance company in Egypt or even among its employees in any capacity.
- Preferred to have technical knowledge
- Business Administration or any related suitable major
- ACII professional insurance certificate or equivalent is preferred.
