Job Description

We are looking for Import Export Specialist at ATA Group The Import Export Specialist will be responsible for managing the import and export of goods, obtaining and reviewing documents related to international trade, and maintaining compliance with regulations related to international trade. The Import Export Specialist will work closely with suppliers and clients in different countries, and will be responsible for troubleshooting any logistical issues that may arise.
 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or other relevant fields
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in import/export operations
• Strong familiarity with regulations governing international trade, including customs, authorizations, duties, taxes and tariffs, international agreements, and transportation of goods
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Fluent in English
• Experience with international trade documentation, such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, and export licenses
• Advanced MS Office skills
