Job Description

As the Account Manager at IBI, you play a pivotal role in client relations, social media listening, monitoring, and content moderation. Your responsibilities include building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, ensuring satisfaction, and moderating content on social media platforms. Additionally, you will actively monitor social media channels, identifying opportunities, and addressing concerns for both IBI and its clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Relations:
   - Build and nurture strong relationships with clients.
   - Understand client goals, objectives, and challenges.
   - Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications.
   - Attend all client meetings and ensure client satisfaction.
2. Social Media Listening and Monitoring:
   - Monitor social media channels daily for IBI and clients.
   - Track brand mentions, conversations, and industry trends.
   - Respond to inquiries and comments on social media.
   - Assess brand sentiment and provide insights.
   - Align social media strategies with broader marketing efforts.
3. Content Moderation:
   - Manage the moderation of content on IBI's social media platforms.
   - Ensure adherence to content guidelines and community standards.
   - Respond promptly to user concerns and maintain a positive online environment.
   - Collaborate with the content team to align moderation with overall strategies.
4. Monthly Client Meetings:
   - Conduct monthly meetings with all IBI CRM clients.
   - Provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
5. KPI Tracking:
   - Measure client feedback and satisfaction scores.
   - Analyze and track clients' daily activities and interactions.
   - Monitor the number of positive social media interactions.
   - Ensure timely responses to inquiries and comments.
   - Maintain accuracy and quality in briefing processes.
   - Align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
6. Effective Communication:
   - Maintain open and effective communication with internal teams.
   - Collaborate with marketing, content, and media teams for aligned strategies.
   - Utilize scheduling tools to plan and automate social media content distribution.

Job Requirements

- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with foreign clients is highly preferred.
- Similarity with marketing concepts and strategies is an advantage.
- High research and data entry skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRMs and relevant software tools.
- Experience in content moderation on social media platforms.
