Job Description
- Establishing and enforcing policies and procedures for store operations such as staffing levels, floor plans, pricing, policies, and procedures
- Ensuring that all merchandise is properly stocked and maintained in accordance with company standards
- Training new employees on store policies, procedures, and operational practices
- Keeping records of store inventory, including incoming and outgoing shipments
- Conducting regular inventory checks of all products to ensure that store shelves are fully stocked at all times
- Maintaining good relationships with vendors in order to obtain the best prices on products sold in the store
