Job Description
- Logistics and Budget Management - Pre & post event
- Onsite Management where required
- Consultative Support, provide strategic direction & consultation to the corporate meeting requester to influence a high quality, cost effective meeting project plan
- Responsible for making recommendations that satisfy meeting specifications and requirements and are also cost effective and compliant to the corporate policies and regulations
- Venue Sourcing using the corporate Preferred Venue Program when it is possible
- Venue proposal creation and presentation
- Venue liaison
- Negotiate with venue the best rates and terms and conditions for the corporate
- Contract negotiation and finalization
- Commission negotiation
- Budget management
- Project planning and execution
- Third Party Supplier engagement and management
- DMC engagement and management
- Travel for Meetings liaison
- Project coordination
- Delegate management including travel arrangements
- Signage and meeting materials management
- Budget management and reconciliation
- Online and offline Attendees registration maintenance and management
- Cvent data management and document management throughout the life cycle of the event
- Corporate billing, Supplier payment
- On site logistics management where required
