Job Description
- Providing technical support across the company
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues.
- Responsible for PCs, Printers, Servers, and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc).
- Responsible to contact all outsource companies to finalize problems.
- Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed.
- Assist with onboarding for new employees.
- Install, configure, and upgrade PC software.
- Manage employees' emails/accounts.
- Responsible for the company’s system data entry
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent.
- A technical, logical thought process
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills.
