Job Description

  • Providing technical support across the company 
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues.
  • Responsible for PCs, Printers, Servers, and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc).
  • Responsible to contact all outsource companies to finalize problems. 
  • Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed.
  • Assist with onboarding for new employees.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade PC software.
  • Manage employees' emails/accounts.
  • Responsible for the company’s system data entry

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • A technical, logical thought process
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills.
