Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Media Manager to lead our digital media team. As the team leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital media and sales strategies across various channels, managing a team of digital media specialists, and driving results for our clients.
• Develop and execute digital media strategies across various channels, including display, search, social, and programmatic
• Manage a team of (digital media specialists, creative, analytics, and account management,… )including setting goals, providing feedback and coaching, and ensuring high-quality work and to deliver effective digital media campaigns
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs, using data-driven insights and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital media, and share knowledge and insights with the team and clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic guidance and excellent customer service
Job Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital media, with a proven track record of driving results for clients
• Experience managing a team of digital media, with a strong focus on coaching and development
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and AdWords
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
• Passion for digital media and a deep understanding of the various channels, their audiences, and their advertising capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is plus
