Objective of the Role:
As a Business Development Manager your main role will be finding new clients to SSC Egypt. you will help us and our clients to grow. We are offering HR solutions such as Payroll HR, staff augmentation , Recruitment, Medical Insurance, and IT Consultancy.
Job Description:
Acquiring new clients offshore and near shore who needs our outsourcing services
Extending our clientele database, and do upselling and cross selling for existing clients
- Responsible for Leads generation, networking and market research
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and relative market and economy events to be aware of market directions
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for business growth and ensuring they are met.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Development with the HRO/BPO industry.
- Strong communication skills and networking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Previous success story in an outsourcing startup company is a HUGE PLUS
