- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
- Answering questions about products or the company
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sale.
- You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
- An effective Telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
- The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
- Selling the full range of the company products all over the Phone.
- Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions.
- Manage quality and consistency of products and services delivery.
- Responsible for making repeat sales to their existing customers.
- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses requirements to be fulfilled through the company portfolio.
- Increase the level of customer satisfaction which is the company first priority.
Job Requirements
- From 1 to 2 year of experience as a tele sales.
- Experience in Insurance field is preferable.
- Max age is 28 years old.
