Job Description

  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Excellent Email communication skills and writing
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers using our CRM
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to identify and grow opportunities.
  • Conduct Tele-sales activities to capture potential leads attention
  • Identify generated leads from the marketing team, filtering and qualifying them
  • Follow strictly our sales process to acquire more clients
  • Meet defined sales targets requested per quarter and per year.

Job Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills on both (English & Arabic languages)
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong listening and sales skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets.
