Job Description
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Excellent Email communication skills and writing
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers using our CRM
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to identify and grow opportunities.
- Conduct Tele-sales activities to capture potential leads attention
- Identify generated leads from the marketing team, filtering and qualifying them
- Follow strictly our sales process to acquire more clients
- Meet defined sales targets requested per quarter and per year.
Job Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills on both (English & Arabic languages)
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.
