Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious, experienced and self-driven Talent Acquisition Supervisor to join our team. You'll be in charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and implementing new and productive recruitment strategies for Breadfast. 

Leadership is a must have skill for this role, as you will be managing and directing three different teams thus expecting to be a knowledge source as well as a mentor. You should be able to empathize with the hiring process as well as deliver on key metrics matching the company’s requirements. You’ll be empowered in this role and given access to top hiring tools as we’re always looking to hire new talents and trust that this will be done in an ethical and positive way.

  • Determining current staffing needs and producing forecasts
  • Developing a sustainable talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
  • Build strong relationships to identify staffing needs and business requirements with all business stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
  • Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process
  • Determine HR and recruiting KPIs
  • Keep track of metrics on a weekly/monthly basis for reporting
  • Manage all job descriptions out in the market, ensuring they are high quality and accurate.
  • Plan employee referral programs
  • Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors
  • Use HRIS, Recruitment Marketing tools
  • Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops
  • Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
  • Monitor market trends in hiring practices and ensure our strategy is in line with the market.
  • Innovate on hiring practices by using new methods or channels. Keep a lookout for talent available in the market and plan accordingly
  • Suggest measures for improving employee retention 

Job Requirements

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field
  • Not less than 5 years of experience in the Talent Acquisition / Recruitment field 
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding techniques
  • Must have fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • Fluent in the use of Microsoft Office applications 
  • Excellent communicator, team player and able to motivate employees
  • Excellent presentation, analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • A leader and strategic, critical thinker
  • Familiarity with a variety of different sourcing and selection methods 
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
  • In-depth knowledge of talent systems and software
