Job Description
- Direct, plan, and manage policies, objectives, and activities of the company to ensure continuing operations, maximize returns on investments, and increase productivity.
- Direct and manage the company’s financial and budget activities to fund operations, review the financial results compare them with the company’s objectives, and take appropriate measures for continuous improvement accordingly.
- Develop and/or improve systems, processes, controls, and procedures that improve the overall efficiency of the company and ensure excellent client service.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, direct and coordinate activities of the businesses or departments concerned with the services, pricing, and sales.
- Create, and direct the overall strategy and vision of the entire Human Resources function: benefits, payroll, recruitment, learning and development, culture, performance management, and succession planning.
- Promote communication and cooperation among divisions to create a spirit of unity in the company.
- Approve contracts and agreements with clients, agencies, suppliers, and other organizational entities.
- Ensure that the company complies with the related policies, directions, and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of management experience in outsourcing / HR Field
- Recent experience in Saudi Arabia
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- MBA strongly preferred
- In-depth understanding of the industry including risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- In-depth understanding of budgeting, balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, and capital planning management
- Demonstrated strategic leadership ability
- Fluent in English
