Job Description
- Run and optimize performance marketing promotions and campaigns across channels to achieve sales targets.
- Create omnichannel marketing funnels that ensure communication with the customers at the right time with the right message.
- Troubleshoots and report technical issues (conversion, traffic, user experience) and ensure reaching solutions in a timely manner.
- Ensure the catalogue contains accurate, comprehensive, high-quality product information and attributes.
- Liaise with vendors to increase their visibility on our e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with different teams (product management, graphics, and marketing) to ensure the availability of content and web designs on all e-commerce platforms.
- Manage Magento administrative tasks to ensure that e-Commerce Platforms are up to date.
- Monitor and maintain the integrity of product content, images, types, categories, names, SKUs, attributes, pricing, and inventory.
- Manage all SEO (Search Engine Optimization) activities including content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.
- Manage and execute the Media Marketing campaigns, PPC (pay per click), Google Ads (Search – GDN – YouTube – App), Email Marketing, and Paid Social Media to drive e-commerce sales.
- Monitor and analyze the behaviour of visitors and customers of an online store and propose changes to enhance the functionality and user interface of the e-commerce manager.
