Job Description
- Daily base work to plan, schedule, release, and control production orders based on MPS time-phased requirements that provide the lead time offset, quantity, and dates to meet customer demand.
- Review and follow up orders in production lines and give feedback for any problem in orders.
- Develop RCCP based on the portfolio of products that meets Production, Sales, and MRP challenges.
- Daily monitoring of stock levels to assure the availability of materials and list the missing materials to issue PRs.
- Follow up with purchasing department on the conversion of PR into PO and expected delivery dates for pipeline inventory.
- Hold the S&OP meetings to publish consensus plans.
- Production lines performance monitoring and approach improvements with the operation team.
- Contact the design team for any new packaging design.
- Alarm all concerned parties with any expected delays to put contingency plan.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Supply Chain background or knowledge is required.
- Very Good English.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong in client connection and client services.
- Analytical thinking and logical thinking.
- Highly responsible. Problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
