Job Description
- Monitor and evaluate monthly agent performance, review productivity and attendance reports.
- Report, analyze and resolve system, customer, and operational issues that impact service quality.
- Stay informed of all new products and Compounds and ensure that agents are properly trained to handle questions about any of them.
- Assist in administering team attendance records, salary plans, vacation and staffing schedules.
- Hiring, training, and preparing sales representatives to respond to customer questions and requests.
- Conduct weekly meetings with the sales managers or their subordinates updating them with the performance of the agents.
Job Requirements
- Telesales experience ( REAL Estate) minimum of one year as a Team leader.
