Job Description
- Determine appropriate legal terms & conditions for contracts and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinating with the sales operations in revising the contracts.
- Provide legal advise to the management.
- Represent the company legally in courts and police stations.
- Responsible for renewal of company legal documents & licenses.
- Responsible for dealing with the governmental institutions to finalize all the needed legal documents.
- Responsible for examining, explaining, negotiating, and revising contracts of all company projects with the clients.
- Handle the contracts procedures with the clients
- Explain all the contract components to the clients and answering their inquiries.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the field of Real Estate is a must.
- Males Preferred
- Bsc. Degree in law.
- Maximum age 37 years.
- Time Management.
- Communications skills
- Presentable.
