Job Description
- Has a full understanding of the strategy, SME lending strategic objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Leads motivate and guide the team into generating the planned sales target
- Develops a strategy the team will use to reach its goal
- Identifies market opportunities and conducts initial market screening follows up
- on the achieved sales and compares them to approved plans to take appropriate corrective action.
- Proposes summarized credit proposal to risk team till getting final approval
- Provide any training that team members need
- Communicate clear instructions to team members
- Manage the flow of day-to-day operations
- Create reports to update the company on the team's progress
- Ensures staff awareness and adherence to code of conduct, internal policies, and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or Accounting.
- Communication Skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Leadership skills
- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
- Credit Course, MBA or CMA is preferable
