Job Description
- Manage spare parts orders for local and export markets .
- Communicate with Procurement team & material warehouse for order validation & preparation.
- Maintain/update Order Book for all spare part orders .
- Check all received orders & ensure that the ordered codes are existing & active .
- Communicate with customer for availability and est. lead time for spare part orders .
- Maintain communication with Platform, customers .
- Maintain Weights of spare parts items .
- Maintain standard operating procedures special requirements, Material phase out and replacements .
- Immediately report problems, operation disputes or discrepancies to Manager.
- Resolve issues respective to meeting client requirements, data input - general customer service inquiries related to tracking & tracing.
- Perform other duties as requested or assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
- Ability to solve problems .
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, work within time-constraints.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
- Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus
