Job Description

Hands of Hope is a Physical Therapy & Wellness hub, currently running 9 active locations in New York and around the state, strive to reinvigorate Physical Therapy adapting the latest technology in treatment and healthcare industry giving the best quality of care assisting our patients in their recovery journey and help them get back to their normal life faster.

We are looking for a Staffing Coordinator capable who will work with the Human Resources department ensuring that the staffing needs are met. assist in talents sourcing, hiring and facilitate clearance procedures.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize and implement sustainable staffing solutions
  • Managing recruitment campaigns, including designing advertisements and posting job listings on company websites
  • Reviewing applications, screening, interviewing, and making hiring recommendations to hiring managers
  • Identify hard to fill roles and take proactive actions
  • Manage all staffing office incoming communication via email, phone calls and all communication channels
  • Assist with new employee orientation and facilitate procedures after hiring regarding employee relocation, legal documents etc.
  • Assume responsibility for timekeeping and time off requests
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure correct employee compensation
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulation.
  • Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years’ experience in hiring and onboarding as well as other human resources procedures
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • US Staffing Experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
  • Attention to details 
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
  • Fluency in English is a must for this position
  • Ability to work from 3:00pm to 11:00pm office based in Maadi
