Job Description
- Search and attraction of translators who fit into the framework and profile of the company, i.e. localization of software, games, sites, mobile applications.
- Testing the quality of translation for a specific project at the stage of candidate selection.
- Adaptation and building of long-term relationships with hired translators.
- Regular quality control of translations.
- Solving issues related to communication and the quality of work of performers on projects;
- Interaction with localization managers to improve the quality of translations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Organized person.
