Job Description

Scope:

  • Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems
  • Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support
  • Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
  • Develop training materials and procedures, or train users in the proper use of hardware or software
  • Refer major hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors or technicians for service
  • Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors
  • Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities
  • Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications
  • Prepare evaluations of software or hardware, and recommend improvements or upgrades
  • Perform laptop and desktop Install, maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
  • Document, maintain, upgrade or replace hardware and software systems including clean-up and diagnostic work.
  • Provides user training on laptops use, printer connection, share drive access and other similar items.
  • Support company employees across all systems with technical issues.
  • Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • BA Degree in Computer Engineering or related discipline
  • 2-5 Years of relevant experience preferably in fast paced & dynamic environment (real-estate would be highly preferred)
  • Exposure to multiple programming languages, databases & networks
  • Customer Service Orientation with proven ability & willingness to support customers “employees”
  • Proven ability to learn & staying update with latest applied technological solutions
