Job Brief Introduction:
The General Manager is responsible for overall company management included planning, marketing, commerce, contract, construction, HSE, technology and quality and so on.
We are a Chinese company and Chinese manage the company mainly. We plan to push forward the localization of the company, and use local person to manage the company and local employees.
We are looking for a general manager to develop our company together.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the strategy for the company to ensure growth and profitability.
Oversee and manage all daily business operations of the company.
Develop and maintain a good relationship with suppliers, employer and business partners
Provide leadership to the management team and employees of the company and establish a motivating work environment.
Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations.
Job Qualifications:
At least 25 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years of experience as a General manager or Deputy general manager in the top construction company in Egypt.
Have a degree in business management, engineering or other related major.
Competencies Required:
Proven people leader, capable of managing and developing an effective multi-function team.
Proficient in formulating strategic plans for corporate development and possesses the ability to grasp the overall aspects of business growth.
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.
Keen observational and judgmental abilities, strong adaptability, business negotiation skills, and efficient decision-making and execution capabilities.
A strong background in construction management with a proven record of success.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
