Job Description
- Coordinates and administers research study associated activities.
- Plans, maintains, and coordinate the collection and analysis of research related data.
- Coordinates events and activities of research office including research forums, workshops, etc...
- Develops and maintains records of research activities and prepares periodic and ad hoc reports.
- Coordinate frequent meetings with Research Assistants (RAs) to follow up their progress and problems.
- Coordinate research information and highlights internally with marketing and media teams.
- Prepare scientific proceedings book after research forum event.
- Promotes research capacity building among community-based organizations and student groups.
- Follow up as appropriate via email, telephone, and/or Skype.
Job Requirements
- Graduated from Engineering or Computer Science with 2-4 years’ experience.
- Familiarity with research principles and terminologies
- Proficiency in data mining and data extraction methods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Verbal and written communications skills
- Familiar with teamwork management tools
- Planning/organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Personal motivation
- Fluency in English
