Manager - Actuarial
To support Primary Insurance and Reinsurance (PI/ RI) clients in the MEA region by acting as an actuarial consultant, providing high-quality pricing services as well as developing actuarial pricing parameters for products within pre-defined MR guidelines to evaluate, quantify and mitigate their risks appropriately.

Develop, maintain and enhance actuarial models which support required business plans of MRUA incl. review of client’s on models to analyse, estimate and project future primary insurance and reinsurance Key Performance Indicators. Maintain excellent understanding of key parameters and drivers of change in results in order to make proper assessments. Maintain a forward-looking view of potential impacts on results e.g. future medical cost trends and products to ensure accurate modeling and forecasting. Provide high-quality actuarial consulting service to support clients in the achievement of their risk management needs. Apply expert actuarial knowledge of analysis and give precise recommendations to client requests as they arise in order to support them regarding for example product development, new market entry, solvency and adapting to regulatory requirements. Being an opinion driver in the actuarial insurance field.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science or Economics or a comparable degree with sound mathematical background
Fellowship in the national Society of Actuaries (e.g. DAV, FSA, FIA)
Minimum Experience:
Several years of insurance and/ or reinsurance and/ or actuarial experience, with at least three (3 to 5) years of reinsurance experience * Prior management experience
