Job Description
- As an Implementation Coordinator, your role begins with ensuring a smooth client onboarding process.
- You will complete many of the implementation tasks independently and work closely with the Implementation Engineers to make sure the implementation process of a client’s product is done seamlessly.
- As this role is client facing, strong interpersonal and communication skills are required and a commitment to delivering the highest level of client service.
- This means you are a person who LOVES building strong relationships with new clients and developing an understanding of their needs.
- We will rely on your feedback to contribute to overall improvements of the implementation process and help resolve any onboarding obstacles to offer the client the best experience possible.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in similar role, preferably within a technology/software company or professional services firm
- Very strong English written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
- Critical thinker with strong attention to details
- High communication skills
